Summer Camps 2018

Oak Learners offers a unique camp experience designed to engage naturally inquisitive and active children, ages 4-10.

A typical day for all campers includes a morning meditation with yoga elements, fun arts and musical activities throughout the day, and an outdoor adventure trip to a local park or nature trail.

Music
Children participate in private and group music lessons, experimenting with a variety of instruments, musical genres and techniques. Campers will collaborate on musical compositions while also strengthening their individual skills.
Art
Children will explore various artistic expression mediums including sculpture, painting, sketching and digital photography.
Outdoors
Campers will spend as much time outdoors as possible, enjoying local field trips designed to encourage them to explore their natural surroundings and develop an understanding of their own roles in nature.
Mindfulness
In addition to participating in guided yoga and meditation exercises, each child is given time to be introspective, ask questions, relax and be creative!

*NOTE: Private music lessons and Academic teaching are also available throughout the summer months.

It was my son’s first time at camp (he’s 4.5 years old). He absolutely loved it and was a little sad it was over. I loved that they challenged him. Every day was an activity that incorporated art, music, movement, and fun. The teachers were AWESOME and the location is so welcoming. We can’t wait to return next summer. Highly recommended!
