Every little bit counts!
Consider a donation to Oak Learners to support the development and implementation of new programs for our community. Oak Learners Inc is a Canadian registered Not-for-Profit Corporation. Every single cent raised through donations and tuition goes directly to benefit the children and families that rely on Oak Learners for Academic and Arts programming. We are also committed to compensating our teachers at a competitive rate and building a strong team of dedicated and happy educators.
Current Projects
- Music & Movement Space Expansion
- Implementing a new Dramatic Arts program for our community
- Upgrading our current technology for the students enjoyment and to move our Day School program into the 21st Century
- The “Learning Garden,” a new garden area for our school
- The new Oak Learners location for our middle school program
- Classroom pets: we hatched, and currently have chicks on location!
- Monarch butterfly hatching each year
Past Projects
- Adding new group classes in Dance, Yoga, Movement for all ages
- Classroom pets: we hatched ducklings on site last year to teach the students about the circle of life
- Our library expansion! We will always take donations of any books
The Learning Garden
Oak Learners is proposing a greener community! We believe that expanding the cities tree beds along with adding our own planters will benefit not only the Oak community, but the Mimico community. Look below for what donations we accept, and our project plans!
