Assessment

Students work together with peers and teacher-mentors to develop their own criteria for success and assessing their progress. Teachers will keep track of each individual’s progress against Ontario curriculum standards, and at the end of each term, students, teachers and parents will meet to conference, reflect and set goals for the next term. Reporting on assessment will look different for each student and will take place primarily through formal and informal student-led portfolio conferences.
