Grade Seven and Eight students from Oak Learners had the opportunity to spend 2 nights and 3 days at the Blue Mountain resort for their Senior Trip this year!
They enjoyed hiking the Scenic Caves and exploring all the amazing activities in the Village, including climbing the outdoor rock wall, riding the Ride Runner Rollercoaster and navigating the treetop High Ropes course.

Kelly Farrell is the Founder and Director of Oak Learners. She is dedicated to supporting learners of all ages and abilities reach their goals and love the learning journey. The Oak Learners Annual Holiday Concert was hosted on December 10, 2024 at the Trident Banquet Hall. Displaying talents from the Oak Learners Music Students and Teachers, it was a night filled with ukuleles, pianos, singing and dancing and smiles.
Two students from Oak Learners have their artwork featured at this year’s Tis the Season Art Show at the Assembly Hall at Humber College. Featuring art created by students from local schools, the works in this exhibition speaks to the seasonal changes from autumn to winter, like snowfalls and long periods of darkness, and the cultural traditions they help shape. The exhibition is open from November 19 to December 18, 2024.
