Holiday Workshop – Senses & Emotions

This is a 2 hour workshop facilitated by our OT team. Various themes, times and age groups are available. Kids will get cozy in our indoor spaces (Etobicoke or East Toronto), make some new friends, participate in games and create something to take home. We will get them moving, creating and connecting while you take a few hours for yourself!
December 22 | Beetle and Bear Clinic
December 28 | Oak Leaners
10 am -12pm | Ages 4-6 | Sensory stations, sensory games and yoga
12:30pm – 2:30pm | Ages 7+ | Snow globes, self regulations game and yoga
