Yoga has been a part of my life for many years. Since graduating from The International Yoga & Vedanta Centre I have taught at Private Retreats, Rec Centres, Schools, Orphanages, Prison and Drug/Alcohol Rehab Centres.

Donna’s training includes: American Swim Coaches Association, Swim Canada, Fleming College, National Lifeguard Society, The International Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Centre, Swami Brahmananda, Swami Hridyananda, Swami Kashi, Master Ou Wen Wei, as well as, the dedicated teaching staff and assistants.
