B.A.S.E Camp: Before and After School Enrichment
The B.A.S.E. Camp (Before and After School Enrichment) program provides daily supervision from 7:30 to 9:00 AM and 3:00 to 6:00 PM each day, with transportation to/from the child/ren’s school.
Royal York Campus: GRG, St. Louis, St. Leo, John English (Minimum 4 children per school to add a pickup location)
Programming fees include:
- Flexible enrollment, including Before AND/OR After School and part-time options
- Transportation (Walking or Minivan) to and from your child/ren’s school
- Small group programming, with an 8:1 Ratio
- Daily supervised homework support with a Certified Teacher
- Daily organized enrichment activities Specialized Arts instructors (i.e., music, Art, Dance, etc.)
- Daily healthy snacks for AM and PM
- Full-day programming for ALL PA Days **lunch NOT provided, snacks ONLY
- B.A.S.E. families SAVE 10% on all other extra-curricular programs, including private tutoring and private music lessons.
- Front-of-the-line access to March Break & Summer Camp registrations and advantages of early bird savings.

Low ratio, allowing for personalized and enriched learning opportunities.
Drop-off and Pick-up
Drop-off and pick-up are provided to and from GRG, St. Louis, John English, and St. Leo!

Extended Hours
Supervision and programming at Oak Learners runs from
7:30-9am and 3-6pm.
PA days – full-day supervision and activities included at no additional cost.
Homework Support
Dedicated homework time with support and the option to add on private tutoring.
Arts-Enriched Activities
Enhanced programming through the arts, including daily dance, music, movement, art, and creative expression.

What is the waitlist, and how does it work?
Our B.A.S.E. Camp program fills quickly, and spaces for the 2026–27 school year are currently at capacity. By joining our waitlist, you’ll be contacted in order as spots become available. Submitting the form below does not confirm enrollment.
Why is there a registration fee?
To ensure we provide the high-quality care and specialized instruction Oak Learners is known for, we use the enrollment deposit to finalize staffing, dedicate school routes, and prepare enriched programming well in advance of the school year. As this amount is fully applied toward your total program fees, it is non-refundable and due upon enrollment to confirm your child’s placement.
When are fees due?
The remaining balance of program fees is due by June 1, 2026. Families may choose a full payment option or one of the available installment schedules.
Are installment plans available?
Yes. Installment plans are offered as a convenience to families and are subject to a small administrative fee, depending on the plan selected.
When will I hear back if a spot opens up? We review the waitlist on an ongoing basis. When a space becomes available that matches your child’s school and scheduling needs, we’ll reach out directly with next steps.
Does priority registration apply to all camps?
Yes. Enrolled B.A.S.E. Camp families receive priority access to Winter Holiday Break, March Break, and Summer Camp registrations.
Can I schedule music lessons and/or private tutoring sessions during B.A.S.E. Camp hours?
Yes, you can absolutely schedule music lessons or private tutoring during B.A.S.E. Camp hours.
● Priority Booking: We do our best to prioritize B.A.S.E. Camp students to ensure their sessions fall within the 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM program window.
● Timing: The latest available session start times for B.A.S.E. Camp students are at 6:00 PM.
● Pick-up: Depending on the length of the session, all students must be picked up no later than 7:00 PM.
Do I receive a discount for any music lessons and/or private tutoring sessions?
Yes, as a B.A.S.E. Camp family, you are eligible for a specialized rate:
● 10% Discount: This discount is automatically applied to B.A.S.E. Camp families’ online accounts on the Oak Learners website.
● How to purchase: All extracurricular programs must be purchased directly through our website to ensure your discount is applied correctly.
