Join us for Mindful Movement, where students will learn to be aware of their body, mind, and feelings in a calm, welcoming environment.
In this class students will explore ways to bring a gentle, accepting attitude to the present moment, allowing them to develop compassion, focus, curiosity, and empathy. They will discover how yoga and creative movement can help them to achieve a sense of happiness and peace within themselves. Mindful Movement will help students to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, increase self confidence, and develop a positive outlook, all while having fun and making new friends!
Ages 4-8
Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – between January 14 – March 4 at the Oak Learners Royal York Campus (394 Royal York Rd. Etobicoke ON, M8Y2R3)
