Oak Learners is the perfect place to host your next birthday party!

Welcome to Oak Learners Party Room, located at 394 Royal York Rd, a 700 square-foot space to host your most magical and memorable events. This open-concept studio has sprung floors (ideal for shoeless, sock-footed activities), a small stage (perfect for photo backdrops and treat tables), a private bathroom, a sound system, and colorful party lights. During your 2-hour party, you will have exclusive use of this room.

Consider having birthdays, showers and events with Oak Learners!
Schools, daycares, learning centers, kids clubs and non-profit organizations are also welcomed with special group rates. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Space Rental

Starting at $180

If you just need the space, and want to facilitate your own party, this is the package for you.

Included:

•Hostess to welcome guests and be on location for general questions
•Table and chairs (enough for each child)
•Sound system and lights

Activities:

  • None (you facilitate)

Time:

2 hours + 15min setup + 15min cleanup

Capacity:

Includes birthday child, plus 10 guests (and accompanying adult/s max 10 )

Not Included:

  • Tablecloth, Tableware (plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, etc.)
  • Decorations
  • Entertainment / activities
  • Food
  • Cake

Add-ons & Extras:

Each additional child or adult is $5 to a maximum of 25 kids and 25 adults.

Need more time to set up ? add an additional $30 per half hour.

Make & Do Party

Price Starting at $280

If you just want to show up with the food, and let someone else do the rest, this is the package for you.

Included:

  • Hostess – to welcome guests and help facilitate the activities (children must still be accompanied by their adult/s)
  • Sounds system and lights
  • Table and chairs with tablecloth
  • Place settings (plates, cups, napkins, cutlery)
  •  Backdrop for photos ( you take them)
  • Happy birthday banner
  • Paper Birthday decorations
  • Birthday table accessories

Activities:

  • A hands-on craft (appropriate for the age/skill level of the children)
  • Interactive games to get energy moving, build gross motor and listening skills
    OR Photo booth time (you take your own photos)
  • Meal time (you provide the food)
  • Birthday song (you provide the cake)
  • Dance party with disco lights, Freeze Dance fun, and freestyle time!

Ways we make parties more eco friendly!
  1. Reuse foil balloons, banners, and applicable decorations for future events.
  2. Repurpose latex balloons into wreaths and other party decorations.
  3. Wash and reuse plates, cups, cutlery, trays, and food picks whenever possible (alternatively use compostable dinnerware and paper straws)
  4. Buy snacks from a bulk food store when possible to reduce plastic waste from packaging.
  5. Use recyclable paper supplies to make decorations and either recycle or reuse them.
  6. Reusable decorations = lower costs and less garbage.
  7. Ribbon instead of tape whenever possible.
  8. Buy products locally from small businesses when possible.
