Oak Learners is the perfect place to host your next party!Do you have a special birthday coming up? Kids just wanna have fun – and all their friends, and space to play, and take-home crafts, and pizza with snacks – and you don’t want the mess! Relax. Let them eat cake – at someone else’s place!
We take care of everything for you…
the set-up, the food/beverages as well as the clean-up…
so your only job is to have fun!
Welcome to Oak Learners’ Party Room, a 700 square-foot space to host your most magical and memorable events. This open-concept studio has sprung floors (ideal for shoeless, sock-footed activities), a small stage (perfect for photo backdrops and treat tables), a private bathroom, a sound system, and colorful party lights. During your 2-hour party, you will have exclusive use of the Party Room.
Consider having birthdays, showers and events! Schools, daycares, learning centers, kids clubs and non-profit organizations are also welcomed with special group rates. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Space Rental
If you just need the space, and want to facilitate your own party, this is the package for you.
Included:
- Hostess
- Table and chairs (enough for each child)
Activities:
- none (you facilitiate)
Time:
2 hours + 15min setup + 15min cleanup
Capacity:
Includes birthday child, plus 10 guests (and accompanying adult/s)
Not Included:
- tablecloth,food, tableware (plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, etc.)
- decorations
- entertainment / activities
Add-ons & Extras:
Each additional child is $5; maximum of 20 adults: each additional adult is $5
Additional time can be added for an extra fee
Make & Do Party
If you just want to show up with the food, and let someone else do the rest, this is the package for you.
Included:
- Hostess – to welcome guests and help facilitate the activities (children must still be accompanied by their adult/s)
- -Table with tablecloth
- place settings (plate, cup, napkin, cutlery) and chairs (enough for each child)
Activities:
- *A hands-on craft (appropriate for the age/skill level of the children)
- *Interactive games to get energy moving, build gross motor and listening skills
OR *Photo booth time (with tickle trunk and background *you take your own photos) - *Meal time (you provide the food, cater and or order)
- *Birthday song and cake (you provide the cake)
- *Dance party with disco lights, Freeze Dance fun, and freestyle time!

Ways we make parties more eco friendly!
- Reuse foil balloons, banners, and applicable decorations for future events.
- Repurpose latex balloons into wreaths and other party decorations.
- Wash and reuse plates, cups, cutlery, trays, and food picks whenever possible (alternatively use compostable dinnerware and paper straws)
- Buy snacks from a bulk food store when possible to reduce plastic waste from packaging.
- Use recyclable paper supplies to make decorations and either recycle or reuse them.
- Loot bags focused on useful and consumable items that kids will not throw out once they get bored of them (themed pencils, treats, etc.)
- Reusable decorations = lower costs and less garbage.
- Ribbon instead of tape whenever possible.
- Buy products locally from small businesses when possible.
