Youth Intro to Yoga Poses

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 9, 2020
Young adults will spend 30 minutes learning in-depth about specific yoga poses and postures as well as important breathing and relaxation techniques. There are many benefits to small group yoga classes, including personalized instruction from our experienced instructors, limiting the risk of injury and allowing the instructor to tailor the class to each participant’s needs. At Oak Learners, our Yoga classes are designed to enhance mindfulness while promoting overall health and wellness.
Scheduling: Mondays, 6-6:30
Instructor: Donna Reed (Island-Essence Yoga & Wellbeing)
Fees: $75 per 5 classes or $150 per 10 classes
