We'll teach you the art of mindfulness, help you bust that stress, build your muscles, and balance your life. Plus, we'll sprinkle some self-love into your practice, so you can become a true yoga superstar.

Every day during March Break Camp will be themed, and all activities will be related to that theme. A typical day for all campers includes a morning meditation with yoga elements, fun arts, drama and musical activities throughout the day, and an outdoor adventure trip to a local park or nature trail in the afternoon.
