by | Nov 26, 2020 | Programming, Teaching

Fitness doesn’t stop at sports and going to the gym. This week our online students learned all about dance and how dance keeps us active! Dance is a form of fitness that helps our students have fun, improve their coordination and build their growing muscles. Some dance fun we incorporated this week included: Simon Says with a dance spin! & The famous Freeze Dance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UcZWXvgMZE)

Take a look at the Dance Word Search we created and see how fast you can find all of the words. Click this link to begin https://thewordsearch.com/puzzle/1652448/dance-word-search/.
