Fitness doesn’t stop at sports and going to the gym. This week our online students learned all about dance and how dance keeps us active! Dance is a form of fitness that helps our students have fun, improve their coordination and build their growing muscles. Each summer, from July through September, Oak Learners has become the home to dozens of Monarch Caterpillars so that the children attending programs and members of the community can learn more about these beautiful and endangered insects.
